About the Role
Operate stand-up and sit-down lift trucks to receive, transport and store inventory within our high-volume distribution center. Maintain accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Inspect forklifts prior to each shift for safety compliance
- Unload incoming shipments from semi-trailers
- Stock over 50,000 SKUs in our temperature-controlled warehouse
- Use RFID scanners to verify inventory quantities
- Transport finished goods to loading docks
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits
- Follow all OSHA guidelines for safe operation
- Maintain accurate records and logs of machine usage
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification with no restrictions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse experience with sit/stand forklifts
- Must pass drug testing and background check
- Physically capable of working in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Knowledge of RF scanning and inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Basic PC skills for daily reporting
