About the Role
First Capital Advisors seeks FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Partner with department heads on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Analyze variance vs. budget
- Develop 3-statement models
- Support M&A due diligence
- Optimize cost allocation
- Present to executive team
Requirements
- 2+ years FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- Knowledge of GAAP
- MBA preferred
- CFA Level I/II
