About the Role
Lead corporate finance strategy at Centurion Financial Group by overseeing treasury operations, M&A due diligence, and capital allocation. You’ll report directly to the CFO while directing teams through quarterly reporting cycles and investor relations activities. Position requires strategic vision for scaling financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-level budgeting models
- Oversee SEC filings and GAAP compliance
- Optimize capital structures
- Manage $200M+ investment portfolio
- Lead acquisition financial analysis
- Present to executive committee quarterly
- Mentor finance directors
Requirements
- MBA in Finance
- 15+ years finance leadership experience
- Active CPA license
- CFA charter preferred
- Expertise in Bloomberg Terminal
- Proven M&A transaction history
- SEC filing experience
