About the Role
Build growth engine for consumer cybersecurity subscription service. Develop data-driven acquisition strategies while optimizing $10M+ marketing budget across channels. Your leadership will drive exponential user growth in 20+ markets.
Responsibilities
- Own CAC and LTV optimization across funnels
- Lead 15-person growth engineering/marketing team
- Scale performance marketing channels profitably
- Develop viral/referral program mechanics
- Implement experimentation culture (A/B, multivariate)
- Analyze customer segmentation data
- Report on ROMI to CEO and board
Requirements
- 8+ years growth leadership in SaaS subscriptions
- Proven success scaling products to 1M+ users
- Expertise in paid social/app store marketing
- Advanced analytics skills (SQL, Looker, Amplitude)
- Experience managing $5M+ quarterly budgets
- Cybersecurity/consumer tech background preferred
- MBA or quantitative degree
