About the Role
Shape our product development process by gathering and synthesizing user research data to inform design and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Analyze and synthesize research data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with design and product teams to define research projects and prioritize findings
- Communicate research findings effectively through reports and presentations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in user research or a related field
- Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with user research software (e.g., UserInterviews, Qualtrics)
- Background in HCI, cognitive psychology, or a related field is a plus
