Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and implement custom solutions using our software platform and third-party integration
- Manage solution deployments and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Provide technical support and mentoring to customers and internal teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing custom solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong proficiency in API integration, software development, and cloud technologies
- Certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
