Proactively drive customer retention, renewal, and growth by managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and achieve renewal targets
- Monitor customer health metrics and address any potential issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development
- Communicate customer success metrics and progress to leadership
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and renewal
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
