About the Role
Join SparkLight Electrical as a Lead Electrician for commercial and light industrial projects. You’ll oversee subcontractor coordination and manage both team installation efforts and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for electrical systems
- Install conduit, wireways and electrical boxes per codes
- Supervise apprentice electricians during installations
- Conduct troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems
- Prepare electrical maintenance schedules and reports
Requirements
- 8+ years commercial electrical experience
- Journeyman Electrician license required
- Proficiency with NEC regulations and local code requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and personnel management skills
