About the Role
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) sought to provide compassionate direct nursing care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Offer basic patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and other daily activities.
- Take and record patient vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms and common areas.
- Answer patient calls and attend to their needs promptly.
- Document patient care activities and update patient records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CNA certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with patients.
