About the Role
Nashville Family Services seeks a social worker to connect low-income families with housing, healthcare, and employment resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments
- Develop case management plans
- Refer clients to partner agencies
- Maintain case files
- Coordinate food pantry operations
- Lead parenting workshops
- Apply for grant funding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Social Work
- 2+ years nonprofit experience
- Case management software proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of TN benefit programs
- Crisis intervention training
- Flexibility for evening hours
