About the Role
Pineview Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our team. You’ll provide vital patient care, administer medications, and monitor health. Our LPNs are advocates for wellness in our community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient health changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing team on patient plans
- Educate patients and families on care instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and health records
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Florida
- BLS certification
- 1+ years of clinical LPN experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and empathy
