About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive sales. You will assist customers with purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
- Participate in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Provide suggestions on new products and displays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for customer satisfaction
