Lead development of mixed reality products transforming industrial inspection processes. Oversee 15 engineers creating real-time 3D visualization systems deployed in construction and energy sectors. Your team’s work enables precise measurements of complex structures through spatial computing.
Responsibilities
- Manage SDK development for industrial AR
- Optimize real-time point cloud processing
- Implement spatial anchoring for GPS-denied areas
- Direct hardware integration with custom optics
- Establish CI pipelines for embedded XR systems
- Mentor team on best practices in interactive 3D
Requirements
- 8+ years software development experience
- 3+ years managing technical teams
- Expertise with Unity/Unreal XR development
- Knowledge of sensor fusion pipeline
- Experience shipping commercial XR products
- Background in computer graphics required
