Job Description
About the Role
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant! In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care, supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering the highest quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Help patients with walking, transporting, and repositioning
- Answer call lights and respond to patient needs promptly and empathetically
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified time frame
- Experience as a CNA (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Compassionate and empathetic Nature
- Ability to lift and move patients, as needed
- Reliability and punctuality
