About the Role
Administer programs and services for our local government agency, ensuring effective and efficient operations. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional public services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct programs and services for the agency
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes
- Prepare reports and budget requests for agency leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners and other governmental agencies
- Supervise staff and develop their professional skills and career growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public administration or a related role
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal grant regulations and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
