About the Role
Transform raw data into strategic insights driving business decisions at a leading tech company. Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with product teams to identify data-driven opportunities
- Clean, process, and analyze large-scale structured/unstructured datasets
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiment results
- Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers
- Stay current with emerging technologies in ML/AI
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- 5+ years experience in data science roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling and ML algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Publications in relevant journals/conferences preferred
- Portfolio of deployed ML models in production
