About the Role
Serve your community as a 911 dispatcher for Denver Police Department. Receive emergency calls, dispatch responders, and provide life-saving instructions in critical situations.
Responsibilities
- Answer 911 calls
- Dispatch police units
- Maintain CAD records
- Provide CPR instructions
- Monitor officer safety
- Coordinate with fire/EMS
- Document incidents
- Test communications equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Typing 35+ wpm
- Pass background check
- Multitasking ability
- Stress management skills
- Flexible work schedule
- No felony convictions
- Reside within 30 miles
