About the Role
Assist attorneys in handling employment law cases, including discrimination, whistleblower, and wrongful termination. Conduct legal research and prepare case materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake interviews and research case facts
- Draft and proofread legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Prepare discovery requests, interrogatories, and deposition outlines
- Assist with deposition set-ups and electronic filing processes
- Organize and maintain electronic case management systems
- Provide support during trial preparations and jury selection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification required
- 2+ years paralegal experience in employment litigation preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with practice management systems and database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
