About the Role
As a Certified Nurses Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in our healthcare facility. This role involves assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Help patients with mobility and transfer needs
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating
- Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment
- Document care and patient status in medical records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CNA certification in the state
- Strong ability to follow medical protocols
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
