About the Role
Oversee enterprise security infrastructure for global fintech company. Manage SOC team, threat intelligence programs, and incident response protocols. Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and emerging regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center
- Develop automated threat detection systems
- Conduct purple team exercises
- Manage SIEM and EDR solutions
- Coordinate with legal on breach disclosures
- Optimize cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Implement zero-trust architecture
Requirements
- CISSP or CISM certification required
- 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership
- Expertise in NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience with CrowdStrike/Splunk/Palo Alto
- Knowledge of financial sector regulations
- Proven incident response track record
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
