About the Role
Join our award-winning kitchen team as a Sous Chef! You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead the culinary staff, create innovative menus, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role involves a combination of creative and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen staff
- Create and implement menus that reflect the restaurant’s cuisine and theme
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage inventory levels and food cost control
- Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong culinary skills and creativity
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and cost-control abilities
