Create memorable guest experiences at Universal Orlando® Resort. Handle check-ins/reservations, provide concierge services, and resolve guest inquiries. Be part of Florida’s world-class hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations using Opera PMS
- Provide local attraction information
- Resolve guest requests and concerns
- Process payments and balance cash drawer
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior hotel experience preferred
- Computer literacy essential
- Energetic customer service attitude
- Flexible schedule including holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
