About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to qualify leads, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This outbound sales role involves prospecting, cold outreach, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach (email, call, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct initial sales conversations and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely data
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales development, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot Sales)
- Highly motivated, Hungry, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
