About the Role
Bright Horizons Learning Center seeks an enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Teacher for our preschool program. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, foster social-emotional development, and build positive relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum
- Implement daily learning activities
- Assess developmental progress
- Maintain safe classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Participate in accreditation processes
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- State teaching certification
- 2+ years preschool experience
- Knowledge of developmental milestones
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong classroom management skills
- Commitment to inclusive education
