About the Role
Mid-level plumbing position installing, maintaining and repairing residential systems for MetroPro Plumbing. Handle service calls for faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drain systems while providing excellent customer education. Participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in customer homes
- Install new plumbing fixtures according to code requirements
- Perform drain cleaning and hydro-jetting services
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Educate customers on proper maintenance practices
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient routing
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber License required (OR #12345)
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Knowledge of UPC plumbing codes
- Own basic plumbing hand tools
- Customer service orientation with professional appearance
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces
