About the Role
We’re hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct patient care in our long-term care facility. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor their health status, and provide emotional support. This rewarding role makes a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Document care provided accurately
- Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties
