About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-centered solutions. Your work will directly impact our customers’ satisfaction and product success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Ensure consistency in design systems and guidelines
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Stay updated with UX trends and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
