About the Role
Drive predictive analytics initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare sector. Develop ML models to optimize clinical trial outcomes and patient care pathways. Lead a team of 5 data scientists to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines for healthcare datasets
- Implement NLP solutions for medical document processing
- Collaborate with biostatisticians on clinical research
- Present insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Optimize hyperparameters for deep learning models
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR regulations
- Publish white papers on novel methodologies
Requirements
- PhD in Computational Biology or related field
- 8+ years experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Expertise in genomic data analysis
- Proven leadership of technical teams
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with federated learning systems
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR)
