About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us extract value from our data by developing and applying predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proficient in Python, R, or another statistical programming language
- Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data mining
- Experience with big data tools, such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
