About the Role
Steer financial strategy and operational oversight for a $1B+ revenue manufacturing company. Develop robust financial models and reports that influence executive-level decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and 5-year financial forecasts
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across all departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC reports and SOX regulations
- Supervise treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and payroll operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing efficiencies
- Mentor finance leadership team
Requirements
- MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA certification with 15+ years finance leadership experience
- Track record of P&L management in $500M+ revenue environments
- Experience negotiating multi-million dollar M&A transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills for executive presentations and board relations
