About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design daily lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Conduct assessments to gauge student progress
- Maintain classroom management using positive reinforcement
- Collaborate with fellow teachers on curriculum development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Foster a safe learning environment for all students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching license
- 2+ years teaching experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete background check
- Knowledge of elementary curriculum standards
