Join ComfortStay Hotels as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests
- Provide information about hotel services
- Handle reservations and inquiries
- Manage guest check-outs and payments
- Address guest concerns and complaints
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
- Process phone calls and emails
- Assist with special requests and concierge services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and office skills
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
