About the Role
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Work on lighting systems, power distribution, and electrical components for new construction projects and renovations. Contribute to timely project completion within a team of skilled tradespeople.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical conduits, wiring, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and outages
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety standards
- Coordinate with construction teams during projects
- Test electrical systems using voltmeters and other tools
- Maintain accurate work records and time logs
Requirements
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician license
- 4+ years commercial electrical experience
- Thorough knowledge of NEC regulations
- Ability to read complex electrical schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting and working at heights
- Own basic hand and power tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Clean driving record with reliable transportation
