We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service to our guests. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
