About the Role
Provide essential patient care at Sunrise Care Center. Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs
- Assist with hygiene/grooming
- Document care activities
- Turn/reposition bedridden patients
- Serve meals/feeding assistance
- Report changes to RN staff
Requirements
- State CNA certification
- High school diploma/GED
- BLS certification
- 6 months LTC experience
- Physical stamina for 8hr shifts
- TB test clearance
