About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about culinary arts and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to specifications
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service
  • Monitor food stock and communicate needs to supervisor
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a line cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food handler’s certification
  • Team-oriented attitude
