Join the team at Oceanview Hotel & Resort as a Front Desk Agent and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process and addressing any guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
