About the Role
Our hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients. The RN will administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with healthcare teams. This role is crucial for patient recovery and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Order and manage medical supplies and equipment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Experience in a hospital setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for patient care and healthcare
- Must pass background check and drug screen
