About the Role
Join our nurturing preschool team to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in children ages 3-5. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, maintain a safe learning environment, and collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum
- Supervise indoor/outdoor activities
- Track developmental milestones
- Communicate daily with parents
- Maintain classroom cleanliness
- Implement positive discipline
- Attend staff development meetings
- Create inclusive learning materials
Requirements
- Associate’s in Early Childhood Ed or CDA
- 1-2 years preschool experience
- Current pediatric CPR/First Aid
- Understanding of NAEYC standards
- Patience and creativity
- Physical stamina for active work
- Clear background check
- TB test clearance
