About the Role
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, and ensuring comfort and safety for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assist with patient hygiene and daily activities.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
