Responsibilities
- Establish company-wide MLOps standards
- Present data strategy to board of directors
- Oversee development of proprietary analytics platforms
- Forge data partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Direct team of directors/managers
- Manage $25M+ R&D budget
Requirements
- 15+ years in advanced analytics leadership
- PhD in Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Proven P&L impact through data products
- Experience scaling data teams in FAANG environments
- Expert knowledge of Hadoop/Spark ecosystems
- Track record recruiting top-tier talent
