We’re seeking an AI Research Scientist to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, you’ll conduct cutting-edge research, develop novel algorithms, and apply them to real-world problems. Responsibilities
- Conduct original research in machine learning and AI
- Develop and implement novel algorithms and models
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research into production
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers
- Participate in research collaborations with academic institutions
- Help shape the company’s long-term AI strategy
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Strong publication record in AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
- Strong mathematical and algorithmic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- 3+ years of research experience (academic or industry)
