About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design efforts, create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and drive our design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process, from research to prototyping to launch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs
- Develop and maintain our design system and design language
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design experience, process, and results
- Proficient in Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
