Job Description
About the Role
Lead design for consumer fintech products engaging 10M+ users. Establish design systems, oversee user research programs, and elevate customer experience standards. Manage three design teams while coordinating with product and engineering leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define UX vision and design strategy
- Oversee user research and testing programs
- Establish company-wide design patterns
- Mentor designers across multiple squads
- Present design concepts to executives
- Improve design-to-development workflow
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
- Collaborate on product roadmap planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or equivalent
- 10+ years UX/product design experience
- 5+ years managing designers
- Portfolio showcasing complex product design
- Expert with industry tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
- Experience building design systems
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards
- Financial services experience preferred
