About the Role
As Director of Digital Strategy, you’ll drive omnichannel campaigns for our premium consumer brand. Oversee SEM/SEO, email, social and content strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel digital strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage $3M+ digital advertising budget across PPC, display & social
- Lead team of 5 strategists + content creators
- Optimize conversion paths through A/B testing frameworks
- Present campaign performance insights to executive leadership
- Partner with sales & UX teams to improve digital experiences
- Drive SEO improvements to achieve top-3 organic rankings
Requirements
- 7+ years digital marketing experience (CPG/retail preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets
- Strong cross-channel analytics capabilities
- Leadership experience managing strategy teams
- Deep expertise in paid search, social ads & programmatic media
- BSc in Marketing or related field
