About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend development team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and services. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-performance solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize backend systems and APIs using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define system architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and mentor junior engineers.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure security and data privacy in all backend systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficient in languages like Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of databases and data modeling.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
