About the Role
Looking for a friendly and efficient Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Check in and check out guests promptly and accurately.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle payments and process reservations using the hotel’s management system.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain guest records and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using booking and guest management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
