About the Role

Looking for a friendly and efficient Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and check out guests promptly and accurately.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handle payments and process reservations using the hotel’s management system.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain guest records and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using booking and guest management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
