About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical Unit. You’ll provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ conditions and record medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families about care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid RN license in state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years of Med-Surg experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
