About the Role
Lead complex analytics projects leveraging machine learning to drive strategic decisions for top financial firms.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy predictive models for risk assessment
- Oversee data ETL processes and ensure data quality
- Implement advanced statistical methods (Bayes/Regression) in financial forecasting
- Communicate insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Mentor junior data science team members
- Collaborate with software engineering teams on feature integration
- Continuously improve model accuracy through A/B testing
Requirements
- Ph.D/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years professional analytics experience
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL
- Proficiency with big data platforms (Spark/Hadoop)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
