About the Role
Green Valley Healthcare Center seeks a compassionate CNA to support patient care in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Record and report changes in patient condition
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Transport patients to appointments/therapies
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Active state CNA certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- 6+ months clinical experience preferred
- Compassionate communication skills
- Flexibility for day/night shifts
